However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
* Cancellation policy subject to discussed, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

* Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
* The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.

Villa Bobo
Villa Bobo, a lovely hide-away, 2 bedroom villa nestled in the heart of Oberoi and close to Kudeta Beach Bar and Restaurant, the nightclubs, restaurants, boutiques and popular surf beaches synonymous with this tourist mecca. The International Airport is 20 minute away from the villa.

Villa Bobo is a classic example of tranquility, featuring the sounds of running water, singing canaries housed in the villa's aviary, and includes the personal female touch and attention to detail by Micca and her staff.

The villa comes fully furnished with 2 air conditioned bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, tropical garden and lawn, swimming pool and undercover garage. Once you entered the villa on the sides you will find the green tropical garden. At the end of the walkway, there is a dining and living area which has Satellite TV, DVD and CD players. The two air-conditioned bedrooms are located next to the living area.
