CONTRACT RATES INCLUDES :
• Welcome drink and chilled towel on arrival
• Daily fresh seasonal tropical fruits basket
• Daily unlimited mineral water
• Daily re-stock non alcoholic minibar.:  2 bottle fanta strawbarys, 2 bottle cokes and 2 bottle mineral water.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Any cancellation less than 7 ( seven ) days prior to arrival ( during low season ) and less than 21 ( twenty one ) days prior to arrival ( during high and peak season ) subject to one night cancellation fee.

No show arrival subject to 100% cancellation fee from total night’s room reserved.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Every effort will be made to have room available by 2.00 pm on day arrival.
Our check out time is 12.00 pm, unless prior notice negotiated

DAY USE
50 % charge of contracted rate for late check out – until 18.00 hours based on availability.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. The capacity of each room is for 2 adults, thus total is for 6 adults. If there are more persons, the management does not support any extra bed for additions.

CHILDREN POLICY
Ages 12 years old are considered as adults.

TERM of PAYMENT
• Without Credit facilities
Full pre-payment is required at least seven (7) days before guests’ arrival. If no payment is received prior to guest’s arrival, Mustika villa will charge the guests directly at Villa Rack Rates under personal account basis or the villa may decline the booking.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Mustika Villa and the client agree to each carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting itself against any claims arising from any activities conducted in the retreat during the period of accommodation. The performance of the agreement by either party is subject to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities contracted.
