Dynasty Estate is conveniently located in the elevated area of Nusa Dua, the five stars hotel district, approximately 20 minutes from the International Airport, 5 minutes from the calm beach and from the international Bali Country Golf Course. A wide range of restaurants, shops and boutiques are along Nusa Dua main road, which is only 3 minutes driving from the villa.
Dynasty Estate Accommodation
The palatial Dynasty Estate extends over more than 1100 m2 of land. The prestigious entrance presents series of stylish Balinese statues along the wall, with a well furnished wooden gate leading to the reception area. The ground floor includes on the right side two bedrooms arrange side by side, including dressing and well equipped en-suite bathroom and on the left side the dining area, the large bar and a guest lavatory. Further to the left the staff quarter is including kitchen, maintenance, and laundry area discreetly set by the end of this compound.
The upper level is comprised of a spacious living, main dining area, a luxurious quintessential TV area with high ceiling featuring a stylish sofa and a large LCD TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Further to the left, the two bedrooms with dressing and en-suited bathrooms are uniquely designed with private stair to the top of the building featuring a private terrace with sea view.
