Villa Tania in Seminyak, located in the fashionable restaurant street of Jalan Laksmana in Bali and is a stylish villa just minutes from the beach. Completed during 2006 in a modern contemporary style this 3 bedroom luxury villa with the highest quality of fabrics and furnitures is perfect for both families and or groups of friends wishing to holiday together and indulge in other vacation highlights.

Tropical gardens and a large rectangular swimming pool (4m x 11m) with relaxing pool side bale helps create this holiday dream home. The large open living dining and kitchen areas all superbly decorated by well known Interior designer Gill Wilson, create a wonderful space that gives ample room for up to 6 people sharing this villa. Each room styled in different color shades.

Villa Tania is ideal for entertaining with friends or family. This 400 square meter villa with its large spaces and fully equipped kitchen is a perfect place to celebrate special occasions. With a 10 seater dining table. The Kitchen facilities are second to none in Bali and the staff are trained well and experienced in serving guests.

The villa has 3 bedrooms all with modern beds featuring the highest quality mattresses, bed linen and pillows. Two bedrooms with king sized beds and one room with 2 single beds.

Each room has a private open-air bathroom with bathtub, shower and quality amenities that help enhance the overall relaxing holiday ambience. All rooms have their own safety box, air conditioner. With a quality sound system villa guests are encouraged to bring their own CD’s or Ipod to connect to the sound system.

The beach and the popular Ku De Ta, La Luciola and The Living Room all just a few minutes further down the road. Tania is in the center of what is now considered the “Prime Villa district” in Seminyak close to everything one needs to make their villa holiday wonderful. Just a 20 minute drive from the airport and guests can be relaxing at their own private villa.

Located adjacent to Villa Sukapadi, VillaTania can be combined with larger groups of friends to accommodate up to 10 guests in the combined 5 bedrooms. If shopping is your focus, then Villa Tania is close by to the myriad of boutiques along Jalans Legian, Seminyak, and Double Six street, and with more shopping further into the Kuta beach area. Taxis are easily available right on Jalan Laksmana, and are the least expensive mode of transportation in Bali.
