CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 12:00 NOON

* Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to space availability.
* Late Check-Out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
* Late Check-Out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

MINIMUM STAYING:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 7-NIGHTS

ACCOMMODATION RATES ABOVE IS NET PER VILLA (NOT PER PERSON) AND INCLUSIVE OF:
* 21% Government Tax and Service Charges.
* Pick up and transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) by private car.
* efreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
* Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
* Complimentary WiFi Internet access (personal laptop is required with broadband enabled).
* Daily housekeeping service.
