Information
The Hotel was established in 1989 when Seminyak was still a quiet farming district. Renovations were carried out in 2001 to upgrade the villas and to improve the facilities without damaging the existing gardens or disrupting the traditional Balinese design of the property.
The spacious two storey, thatched roof villas feature upstairs bedrooms with en-suites. Downstairs there is a separate lounge, kitchen and dining area with open-air garden style bathroom. Each villa has its own yard and gardens, most with large mature trees to give shade on those hot Bali days.
All of our villas have a kitchenette with a gas stove, toaster oven, crockery, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans. That’s if you are planning on cooking while on holiday!
The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere offers travelers tranquility whilst still in the heart of the action. Only five minutes walk to the beach (150m) and Seminyak’s shopping, restaurant and nightlife area.
Location
Villa Coco is located right in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali’s trendiest nightlife and restaurant districts and not to forget Seminyak’s vibrant main street with its choice of international boutiques and interesting homeware shops to browse in. The villa is just 5 minutes walk from Seminyak’s famous Beach and 15 minutes away from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
We are also close to supermarkets and banks, really…we are close to everything.

Services :
Villa Coco Bali has full time staff to take care of all guest requirements. Housekeeping service, baby sitting, laundry and dry cleaning service, stereo CD player, TV, and video rental. For guests’ leisure our staff will assist to help arrange ticketing, postal requirements, car rental and any day tours, free wi-fi internet connection at pool bar, doctor on call and 24 hour security on duty.
In-House Catering :
We can prepare a scrumptious BBQ or Seafood BBQ in your villa or you can simply choose from our in-house menu. We have trained cooks to prepare any meal for you, so you can sit back and enjoy. Our prices are very reasonable and anything not on our menu, just ask and we will certainly try and help.

Two Bedroom Pool Villa
Our two bedroom pool villa has a large private garden and cool refreshing swimming pool...perfect for hot days. A complete kitchenette and adjoining dining and lounge room with a table to seat 6 people. The villa is airconditioned, has IDD phone. TV and DVD player.
Breakfast can be served in your villa each morning and we can even arrange a poolside BBQ for you.

Total privacy and the feeling of home will make your stay here enjoyable and relaxing while you are in Bali.
And perfect for children too.... as the inside doors can be locked.
Family Villa
Each family style villa has a private garden, a complete kitchenette with an adjoining
dining and lounge area, a private outdoor style garden shower and bathroom, air
conditioned bedroom and living area, IDD phones, TV and DVD player.
For sleeping arrangements one double bedroom is upstairs and the daybed downstairs can
be made into a bed for one child. An extra single bed can also be added for a second
person downstairs.
The downstairs area is closed in and airconditioned.

the main pool...the choice is yours.

Four Bedroom Villa
Villa Coco’s 4 bedroom villa is the perfect retreat for larger groups, friends or big families. Upon stepping into this villa, the immediate feeling is comfort and privacy. This villa is a combination of both worlds, indoors and outdoors.
Large living areas with cable TV and DVD player, pool table, balinese furniture, modern equipped kitchen and a wooden dining table that seats 10 people for those wonderful in house BBQ’s.
The private pool provides an idyllic setting for pleasure with sun loungers and a sunken bar is an added attraction for all day refreshments. An adjacent traditional lounging pavilion (Bale) can be utilized for in-house massage treatments.
The very large bedrooms are located upstairs, side by side with private ensuite bathrooms. Intimate enough for small groups and spacious enough for large groups.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself!!...you will love it here.
