Villa South is located in a private, quite small road, in the very centre of what is now considered to be the Oberoi/ Seminyak 'prime district'. A safe, up market neighborhood that is home to some of the classiest properties on the island. It is close to the well-known Oberoi and The Legian hotels, twenty five minutes drive from the airport, and convenient for all of Bali's main shops, shopping malls, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots.

Villa South is just a few minutes walk from a wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Ku De Ta, La Luciolla, Trattoria the Hu'u Bar. It is also within walking distance of Grocer & Grind and a varied collection of chic designer boutiques. Just 350 meters from the sweeping Oberoi beach, renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets. Easily accessible sporting amenities include a choice of spectacular championship golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, dive schools, sailing cruises and much more.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the management company within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled. If a deposit is not received within this time, it is within the discretion of the owner to cancel the booking.

Final payment is required 65 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 65 days prior to arrival. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the hirer's deposit.

In the case of bookings made 65 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.

All payment must be made in USD. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal 3% service charge. Some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of booking.

Payment by traveller cheques, other currencies or personal cheques, will not be accepted.

All clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and credit card authorization form, which will allow the agency to charge the credit card any charges that clients incur while at the villa

Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will be requested by the villa manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made less the cost of damage.
