Villa Mary
This is a beachfront holiday venue with a bonus, for Villa Mary not only gives you a 45 metre beach frontage, but also wide rice field views, as well as a river at the bottom of the garden.
All five bedrooms have sea views and there are two unenclosed living areas on two different levels which give you 180-degree views from the rice fields to the ocean.
Gifted French designers Gaelle Echene and Charles Pelletier have created a unique ambience that combines beachcomber insouciance with utter luxury – living areas are beautifully sited to the beach, the sea and the sky.
There really is room to move and to breath in the sea air, for Villa Mary is truly expansive. Floor space over two levels is more than 800 square metres, and the garden and pools are a vast 3270 square metres.
FACILITIES

The villa’s electricity is supplied by the Indonesian national power company at 240 volts. Voltage regulators ensure against current spikes. FOOD & DRINK
Villa Mary has an innovative and rather unusual approach to food and drink.
We want you to feel as free in our villa as you would if it was your own.
And that means that you choose what food, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits you want to enjoy, you set a budget, you give your butler money to cover your shopping, and he arranges its purchase at local markets, delicatessens, specialty shops and liquor stores. There’s no mark-up or premium for its preparation by your chefs. You won’t pay a cent more than if you went and bought the produce and drinks yourself.
French executive chef Sebastien Robuchon and his team of sous chefs provide an eclectic menu selection melding classic French cooking, nouvelle cuisine, as well as Indonesian/Asian fusion food.
A selection of Sebastien’s favourite dishes include Seared tomatoes and scallops carpaccio with arugula pesto and dry lemon skin, Cucumber and fennel chilled soup, Young papaya and seafood spicy soup, Butterfish filets “en ecailles” with paprika ratatouille and basil oil, Seared tuna tournedos with asparagus and warm vinaigrette, garlic and olive mash.
In terms of desserts, the Warm chocolate tart, the Exotic fruit “rosace” with coconut jelly and tropical syrup and the Mango and balsamic Tatin tart are among his masterpieces.
The length and breadth of the culinary experience is not limited to the suggested menus. You are actively encouraged to spend time with Sebastien and develop a menu that reflects your own good taste.
GARDEN & POOL
Villa Mary sits on a vast 3270 square metres of Bali beachfront land planted in lush tropical vegetation and gently swaying palms.
There are 45 metres of beachfront which face west, so you’re ideally sited to enjoying the sunset over the river, the beach and the sea.
The two pools are extensive in scope too.

There is a 10 square metre children’s pool, with a maximum depth of 60 centimetres. Near the beachfront is a heated Jacuzzi designed for the enjoyment of up to six adults.
