The Management Company defines seasons as follows:
Low: January 9th to June 30th (excluding Easter & Chinese New Year Periods),
September 16th to December 19th
High: July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter & Chinese New Year Periods
Peak: August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Xmas & New Year period)
Minimum Stay Requirements:
*Low Season Minimum nights required : 2 nights
*High Season Minimum nights required : 5 nights
*Peak Season Minimum nights required : 7 nights
Staff
The Villa Bali-Bali Complex is fully serviced by:
- A full-time house manager: Oversees the staff and properties and is available to assist guests during their stay.
- Three full-time cooks: Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cooks will do all the market shopping.
- Three maids: Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around grounds and buildings of the property.
- Five security guards: Patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.
- Two gardeners and pool attendants: Tend the garden and the grounds of the villas. They ensure that the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
